Re: Pseudomugil gertrudae

Well, this one in concrete not so complicated. It's a speedpainting done to practice color and shape. I did it in only one layer and the background. First a rough sketch to take the main shape (it's based on a google picture) the rest is add color and color with the brush at high opacity, except for...

Hi friends! It's a drawing, but is based on a google picture  It's done completely in photoshop, just for fun and practice. The maccullochi avatar is done in freehand so we can do it 3 km. wide  . I tried to do something similar to the style of a japanese goby web, I think I don't achieve...

Re: It keeps on getting ..strange?

Ugly fish... I just purchased 5 M. herbertaxelrodi from an importer here in Spain and "What a surprise!" 3 of them were strange hybrids very similar to those "orange tailed-silver" shown in this website. The difference is in te main body color, that is green. Very extrange. If I ...

Re: Lacustris hibrid or no?

M. lacustris x M. herbertaxelrodi? Is usually that lacustris show a golden coloration temporaly but yours seem too yellow. May be the experts can say, but in my opinion they are hybrids.

Re: New Stiphodon

I had these two species some time ago. The one on the left looks like Stiphodon atratus and the one on the right may be a Stiphodon ornatus.
¿What do you think?

I bought them in a local fish store and they all where labeled as "neon goby".

Re: Breeding Iriatherina werneri

Wellcvome back too! :drinks: No news form the last time. Well almost refering to wernweris. I have found 4 Hypseleotris leuciscus (3 f - 1 m) and they are with the werneris right now. When the spring comes finally I'll separate them to breed. Nice fish (a discrete beauty as i usually describe them) ...

Re: Would you diagnose this girl for me Pls

It seems a female parkinsony to me. The lines are oversaturated by the picture. But the shape ande the lines are like my female parkinsoni are.
